This study investigates the relationship between forgiveness, anxiety, and gratitude among Christian students aged 19 to 25 years. The sample comprised 79 participants (40 boys & 39 girls) selected from Messiah Church, Railway Colony, Gadag Road, Hubballi 580020, Karnataka, India, using purposive sampling. Forgiveness was measured using Rye’s Forgiveness Scale, anxiety was assessed with the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), and gratitude was evaluated through the Gratitude Questionnaire developed by McCullough et al. The findings revealed a significant negative correlation between forgiveness and anxiety, and a positive relationship between forgiveness and gratitude, emphasizing their impact on emotional well-being.
