This study aimed at exploring the effectiveness of a holistic approach via video conferencing in managing depression. A Pre-post study was conducted at Emoneeds, RNR Emotional Well-Being Technologies LLP, Gurugram, with 37 participants with Depression from 2 and 3-tier cities of India. They were selected through purposive sampling. The intervention effectively reduced anxiety, depression, rumination, and learned helplessness (p= .000), indicating decreased emotional distress and improved perceived control. Psychological well-being also improved significantly (p= .000). The mean differences in self-efficacy indicated an improvement among participants following the intervention; however, this change was not statistically significant (p= .404). The findings indicate that the holistic psychotherapy delivered via videoconferencing effectively reduces symptoms of anxiety, depression, rumination, and learned helplessness while significantly enhancing psychological well-being. This study supports tele-psychotherapy as a viable and effective alternative for mental health interventions.
