Team cohesion is important in acquisition of instrumental goals. Psychological well-being enables the athletes to experience positive emotions and aids to cope well with negative feelings. Athlete burnout primarily focuses on athlete experiencing reduced motivation for their respected sport participation, devaluing sport and frequently experiencing emotional and physical exhaustion. Independent sample t test, Pearson Correlation, Linear regression tests were employed to understand the statistical significance of collected data. Statistical computations were performed using Jamovi Software. The results reveal statistically non- significant gender difference. The results reveal significant impact of team cohesion and psychological well-being on burnout experienced in athletes.
