In recent years, mental health concerns such as stress, exhaustion, anxiety, and depression have been increasingly reported among faculty members, drawing attention to their psychological well-being within academic institutions. The rigorous academic environment, characterized by demands for teaching, research, mentoring, administrative duties, and work-life balance, significantly impacts faculty mental health and job satisfaction. This study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the influence of emotional well-being, work-life balance, and workplace support on overall job satisfaction among faculty members. The findings indicate a statistically significant relationship between these mental health components and job satisfaction, emphasizing the need for institutional strategies that prioritize faculty well-being.
