Cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation, and stress resilience are key constructs that influence how college students manage academic and personal challenges. This research proposal aims to examine the relationships among these variables in a sample of 200 college students. Data will be collected using the Cognitive Flexibility Scale (CFS) by Dennis and Vander Wal (2010); the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) by Gross and John (2003); and the Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) by Smith et al. (2008). Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression analysis will be conducted to determine the strength and predictive power of these relationships. It is hypothesized that higher cognitive flexibility and improved emotional regulation will predict greater stress resilience.
