Super seeder is a proposal and sustainable solution to crop residue management by integrating the leftover residue into the soil instead of burning it, which improves soil health and protects the environment from pollution. Eighty adopter farmers of Super Seeder agricultural technology from Karnal district of Haryana state were selected. The aim of the research was to know the Super Seeder’s socio-economic effects with a degree of adoption for agricultural sustainability. Results revealed that 22.50 percent of the respondents reported a low level of adoption. Meanwhile, 45.00% of the respondents had a medium adoption level, while around one-third exhibited a high adoption level. Age, education, subsidiary occupation, yearly income, and media exposure all had a substantial impact on the farmers’ adoption level.. A large majority (82.50%) of the respondents agreed that there was an increase in the investment in their children’s education, ranking it as the top benefit. Approximately three-fourths of the respondents marked an increase in social participation. Moreover, 72.50 percent of the respondents reported an increase in household assets. Respondents agreed that there was an improvement in their social status. Furthermore, 65 percent of the respondents reported an increase in expenditure on social ceremonies such as marriages and funerals. Exactly half of the respondents acknowledged an increase in agricultural land leasing.
