Leg Shaking is a repetitive and patterned movement of the legs that can be beneficial for patients with diabetes by increasing muscle activity and glucose uptake to help alleviate their blood sugar levels. This study investigates the relationship between Leg Shaking and Diabetes. Data was collected using the method of voluntary and naturalistic observation from a normal population. Participants observed their family members and acquaintances. The sample size was divided into 2 sub-studies based on the age group. Sub-study 1 consisted of 142 people and Sub-study 2, of 299 people. Data was analyzed using a Chi-square test, the results of which were statistically significant, as hypothesized that Leg shakers will exhibit a lesser incidence of diabetes than non-leg shakers in both Sub-study 1 and Sub-study 2
