Print media are the need of the hour which improves the life of human beings. Print media is an effective way to communicate the people. Communication is the medium of transferring information from one place to another. Communication is used for a wide variety of activities including planning, media relations, customer-client relations, and internal communications. Print media provide education environment at world level through its various applications. With the rapid development of world economy, the demands of print media have been increasing. Print media are lightweight, portable, disposable publications printed on paper and circulated as physical copies in forms of books, newspapers, magazines and newsletters. All these print media applications printed with Offset printing process, Flexographic process, Screen process, Gravure printing and Digital printing process. Today various modern technologies are using in printing industry which reduce the problems and provide fine print quality. The electronic media provides more information in lesser time but the significance of print media cannot be denied. With the help of this study it is found that the contribution of print media in communication for providing information is astounding with its fine print quality and attractive appearance.
