Psychological well-being of nursing staff employed: In government and private hospitals

This research main aim is to evaluate the optimal psychological well-being in nursing staff for the prevention of the psychological dysfunction. Psychological well-being of nursing staff may affect the patient care, patient-nurse relationship and health of other healthcare professionals, so that psychological well-being is an essential aspect for nurses. For this research, primary and secondary both data collection method has been used that comprises to the use of literature review and survey through questionnaire. Purposive sampling technique would be used to select the 160 nurses (25-40 age groups) those employed from government and private hospitals and different health canter of urban areas of Rajasthan Stat (India). Mixed method format has been also used in this research to solve the research problem effectively. To design the research, descriptive research design has been also used for this research that helped to attain the research objectives effectively. Additionally, in this study, collected data has been analyzed through using statistical analysis methods like mean, standard deviation, t-test, Anova and others.
