Psychological reflections are nowadays being understood by the emergence of many Qualitative techniques. One such technique is called Movie Analysis. This technique enables one to understand the narration, perception, cognition, and emotions involved in a movie. In this paper, attention will be on one particular movie chosen from Hindi Cinema called “Rang de Basanti” which has a psychological bend of understanding conflictual situations and the resolution of conflicts. An effort is directed to understand the characters and scenes of the movie with the help of Character analysis and Scene analysis. Thematic analysis is used for understanding the types of conflicts experienced and how the conflicts are managed and resolved.
