Organizational justice is an essential feature related to the success of an organization. The organization is required to implement fair human resource practices if they want to retain their employee satisfied and loyal towards their organization. Justice perception plays an important role in determining the commitment of employees towards their organization. The present paper has tried to investigate how the perception of procedural justice in the performance appraisal system plays an important role in determining the employees’ commitment to the organization. The study has been carried out on 110 managerial level personnel from the banking organizations. The result revealed that procedural justice perception performance appraisal in the organization is positively related to organizational commitment among employees.
