There is a significant degree of adaptability in the police transformation strategy, which is designed to meet community security functions. This capacity allows the policy to respond effectively to shifting circumstances. The purpose of this study is to provide a record of the modifications and enhancements that have been made to the police infrastructure in response to the advent of the digitalization era. An approach to research known as qualitative research is utilised in this study. Additionally, a technique known as literature review and policy analysis carried out by the Police are utilised. Based on the findings, it appears that the Police Department needs a comprehensive strategy to reform its organisation, operations, public services, and oversight, particularly in light of the ongoing shift to digital technology. Furthermore, if the Police are under the ownership of POLRI, both locally and internationally, then the responsibility may be carried out in an effective manner inside the organisation. The findings of the research indicate that the National Police might greatly improve their effectiveness in ensuring the safety of the community by making considerable adjustments and strengthening the operational capability of the police organisation.
