The increasing complexity of organisational environment and the intensity of competition among organisations demand the application of knowledge management in order to effectively achieve organizational objectives. This research set out to determine the main interaction effect of knowledge enablers and knowledge process capability on organizational performance. The study also sought to ascertain whether there is or not a significant relationship between knowledge management process capability and organizational performance. The study employed online survey method using questionnaire to gather primary data. The target populations of the study were employees of an Indian Public Sector (A power Generation Company). Three hypotheses were formulated and tested, using multiple regressions, t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson’s Correlation method. The result of the study showed that knowledge management enablers have positive influence on organizational performance. The study equally found out that there was a positive influence knowledge management process capability on organizational performance. The study found significant positive relationship between knowledge management enablers and process capabilities on organizational performance. The conclusion is that the knowledge management variables can be predictors of organizational performance. It is recommended that other Public Sector undertakings as well as other Private Sector Organisations should imbibe the concept of organizational learning as well as ensuring that employees are well trained and developed to acquire pertinent knowledge to cope effectively with contemporary challenges.
