Improved BAT algorithm for clustering

Clustering is the method of groupinga set of objects into clusters so that objects in the intra-cluster are having high degree of similarity based on some criteria while the objects in inter-clusters are dissimilar. In last few years many data clustering methods are explored by using traditional methods as well as nature inspired swarm algorithm. In this paper, a new data clustering approach using improved Bat algorithm is presented. The experimental results show that the proposed approach solves the clustering problem efficiently.
