Health Promotional strategies in India has changed over the years. It was preventive initially but now health care is becoming curative just as in most developed countries because it helps in increasing productivity of employees. Although preventive health care in India is in nascent stage but with highly growing competition companies have realized the value of human resource and understood that company’s productivity and profit rests on employees health and work.
