The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between organizational justice, organizational commitment, and creative behaviour of employees of a private organization. The sample consisted of 184 managerial and supervisory employees’ from a private sector organization. The data have been analysed by using descriptive analysis, coefficient of correlation, and regression analysis. Finding indicated that organizational justice and its dimensions are significantly correlated with organizational commitment, and creative behaviour and organizational justice significantly contributed in organizational commitment and creative behaviour.
