The adoption of e-health services has gained significant attention in recent years, yet its adoption varies across different consumer segments. This study examines the factors influencing consumer adoption of e-health services across Tier I cities (Delhi-NCR), Tier II cities of Punjab, and rural areas of Punjab. A total of 450 respondents were surveyed for the study, and exploratory factor analysis revealed eight key dimensions affecting e-health adoption: usefulness, empowerment, facilitating conditions, patient safety, accessibility, performance expectancy, social influence, and the role of healthcare professionals. The findings indicate significant variations in adoption behaviors across Tier I cities (Delhi-NCR), Tier II cities, and rural areas of Punjab. Significant differences were found between the factors affecting the adoption of e-health services across Tier I cities (Delhi-NCR), Tier II cities of Punjab, and rural areas of Punjab. The study highlights the need for policy interventions, targeted awareness programs, and improved digital healthcare infrastructure to bridge the adoption gap. The insights gained can guide healthcare providers, policymakers, and technology developers in designing effective strategies to enhance e-health adoption, ensuring greater accessibility and inclusivity.
