A study to measure the employee satisfaction among school teachers

Employee Satisfaction is a set of favorable and unfavorable feeling and emotions with which employees view their work. It refers to the collection of attitude that workers have about their job. The purpose of this article is to study the level of Employee satisfaction among the School teachers. Study was descriptive in nature and Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire was used to collect data. A total of 78 employees working in different schools participated in the research study. According to the results of the research, it has been found out that employees are most satisfied with being busy at the job, when they have freedom to use their own judgment, when they can use their own methods of teaching, the way their co-workers get along with each other.
