This paper aimed to apprehend the level of spiritual intelligence among people of the holy city of Varanasi. A collection of mental abilities that support the recognition, integration, and adaptive use of the transcendent and non-material facets of one’s existence is known as spiritual intelligence (King, 2008). The holy city Varanasi contributes to the balanced development of spiritual traits like compassion, forgiveness, and connectedness in both men and women. A total sample of 120 (60 Male & 60 Female) participants was drawn from Varanasi city of India. Data was gathered using the Spiritual Intelligence Self Report Inventory (SISRI-24), which was developed by King (2008). The findings indicated that there was no significant difference existed between males and females on the subscales of critical existential thinking, transcendental awareness, conscious state expansion, personal meaning production, and the overall scores on spiritual intelligence.
