Sheet fed offset printing is known for quality printing and most of the high quality print products are generally printed by this printing technique. It occupies more than 40 per cent of the total market share in India and abroad. Marinating solid ink density is one of the crucial points which need special care and attention while using sheet fed offset press for printing. By optimizing solid ink density it is certainly possible to maintain consistent print throughout the print run and thereby reducing possible consumption of inks in the press also.
