Print needs quality at everywhere in printing industry. Quality of a particular print depends on the ink density a lot. A density of a particular print is depends upon its viscosity. Ink density on a color bar, telling the press operator or the worker doing that particular job how to adjust the ink level. Proper density values are calculated in every ink zone using a color bar or other areas of solid single-color ink coverage. This paper helps the individual or the industry to know about the defects in printing their cause and remedies.
