Influence of Primer Coat on Solid Ink Density of Metalized Sheets Printed with Dry Toner Based Digital Printing

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of primer coat on Solid Ink Density of metalized sheets printed with dry toner based Digital Printing. The results showed that there is high impact of primer coat on solid ink density of metalized sheets printed with dry toner based Digital Printing process. The solid ink density of metalized boards printed with dry toner based digital printing process was found slight higher in primer coated boards then the solid ink density of non primer coated boards.
