The present paper reviews on application of data mining in student’s performance in higher education. Author has focuses on how data mining can help students’ performance in different ways, educational data mining, data mining techniques in higher education, and various approaches of data mining in higher education. Data mining helps in improving quality of education system. The various approaches discussed in the present paper have been supported by empirical findings.
