An organization’s ability to achieve its goals through adaptive and innovative practices reflects its overall health. Organizational health functions as an internal system that emphasizes trust, culture, and effective functioning, while considering the biological, psychological, and social dimensions of human life. In industrial settings, however, burnout has emerged as a growing concern, contributing to various health-related problems among employees. Keeping these perspectives in view, the present study on Organizational health and Burnout was conducted in the industrial areas of Haryana and nearby state. The sample comprised 190 workers, including 95 males and 95females. The study aimed to examine the relationship between employee burnout and organizational health. The data was analyzed by using Pearson Product Moment method of Correlation and t- test. The findings revealed a significant negative relationship between burnout and organizational health. Additionally, the study underscored the importance of exploring gender differences in burnout and organizational health.
