The paper studies the relevance of The Mother’s teachings as a spiritual, culturally grounded, and integrative approach for mental health. The researcher in this study employed a literary analysis to explore the writings of The Mother. It highlights insights on inner peace, thought discipline, emotional resilience, and self-realisation to prevent and restore the mental health of a person. The philosophy of The Mother emphasised inner transformation and psychic development in contrast to the biomedical models. It aligns with globally emerging, spiritually integrative and culturally sensitive interventions for mental health. This study contributes to a culturally relevant perspective that bridges therapeutic practice and spiritual insight. It suggests that clinicians and mental health educators use these as an alternative paradigm. It helps to cultivate mental harmony, especially in socio-culturally diverse and spiritually inclined populations.
