This study explored the relationship between authentic leadership, organisational citizenship behaviour, and job crafting among nurses in the Vhembe District, Limpopo Province, South Africa. Data were collected from 50 nurses through a quantitative research approach using structured questionnaires. The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between authentic leadership and OCB and between authentic leadership and job crafting. These results suggest that nurses who perceive their leaders as authentic are more likely to engage in organisational citizenship behaviours and craft their job roles to align with their strengths and preferences. This study highlights the importance of fostering authentic leadership in healthcare settings to enhance nurses’ well-being and organisational effectiveness.
