There is a pressing need to analyze and evaluate the digital-human interface in this post-COVID time. It is evident that the old world of physical contact cannot be restored. While digitalization has brought speed and widened the scope of the industries, it is not free from certain limitations related to human resources. Organizational culture is an indispensable situational factor that has changed radically with the change of purpose and human interaction in the industry. This paper has attempted to examine the factors affecting such changes and their importance in the sustenance and advancement of the present economy. Keeping in mind the background information and the lacuna in it, this study has reviewed past research in the field. Studies that focus on the interaction of organizational culture and digital transformation in the new normal and the resultant models have been discussed. Insight generation about the existing gaps in the field has been the main purpose of this article. This paper has also attempted to predict the possible outcome of such challenges and suggest necessary modifications and future trends with reference to the current scenario. An attempt is made to develop a model in this respect.
