Global adjustment and Emotional intelligence are the main concerns for the situation of pharmaceutical industries. Emotional intelligence determines the overall adjustment of the employees working in pharmaceutical companies. It directly influences the adjustment of the employees in various fields. It may be because of the strenuous working environment and health-related illness in pharmaceutical industrial workers. Adjustment is influenced because of many problems related to different kinds of adjustment related to emotions, social surroundings health-related, workplace-related, and sex-related issues. Poor relations with oneself and with others, all aspects of personality, false perception of reality, and negative evaluation of self, and all these variables negatively affect the factors adjusted in the environment around the employees. Thinking about all these facts the present study was organized on pharmaceutical industrial employees. The present study can provide fruitful results to inquire into the relation among various areas of adaption and different dimensions of emotional intelligence of pharmaceutical industrial employees.
