The pandemic has intensified pre-existing disparities, subjecting threats and risks in political, social, and economic systems, thereby magnifying its impact. COVID-19 has adversely affected the employees in each and every domain, from health to the economic system, safety to social welfare. The study explores the factors that influenced the health and quality of life of various employees during COVID-19. The current study examined the emotional, environmental, social well-being, and physical health in various organizations. The study also investigated the impact of demography on employee health and wellness in Haryana’s selected districts. A total of 166 respondents were chosen to participate in the research. The primary research mechanism was a survey, for which a questionnaire was employed. To test the hypotheses further, the t-test, one-way ANOVA and factor analysis were applied. The main shortcoming of the study was that the researcher was unable to collect data through personal observation of employees due to the pandemic. In this opinion, the justification for the research findings should not be misrepresented.
