The main objective of the present study was to assess the effect of e-content strategy on Mathematics achievement of elementary school students in relation to achievement motivation by considering pre Mathematics achievement as a covariate. The experimental procedure was executed. One experimental and one control group was formed. The e-Content group as experimental group was taught Mathematics with the supplement of e-Content, the control group was taught Mathematics through Conventional method. A sample of 80 pupils from class VII was taken and to measure the achievement in Mathematics, self developed Mathematics Achievement Test along with Deo-Mohan Achievement Motivation Scale was used as research tool. After the Pre-test, 02 months treatment followed by post test, descriptive statistics namely mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics namely t-test and analysis of covariance was used. Analyzing the data with the help of 2×3 Factorial Design ANCOVA, it was concluded that that students belonging to high, average and low levels of achievement motivation were found to be significantly different on Mathematics achievement when groups were matched in respect to pre-Mathematics achievement.
