The fundamental concern is to explore the connection between job satisfaction and general health. The populace incorporates 200 lecturers from various colleges of Kurukshetra. Descriptive statistics and analysis are utilized to clarify a variety of job satisfaction and general health. The results recommend that job satisfaction and general health have a synchronous relationship. In this paper, I featured with regards to concentrate on job satisfaction and general health. Intercorrelations among three variables of job satisfaction range from .09 to .44. Only one out of a total three correlations is significant at.01 level of significance. Factor job aspect has correlated positively with the factor Personal Aspect. Though a positive tendency was found between the Job Aspect and interpersonal aspect but the correlation was too low to be significantly correlative.
