The main goal of the present study was to determine the mediating role of psychological well-being in the relationship between burnout and occupational stress of factory workers in Tehran. The method of this survey was descriptive correlation based on the way of collecting information. The statistical population in the present study included all the workers of the factories in Tehran city, who were selected by the simple convenience sampling method, and 200 people were selected, and Maslach Burnout Inventory (1981); Occupational Stress of the Health and Safety Institute of England (1990); and Riff’s Psychological Well-being (1982) between They were distributed. The analysis of the questionnaires was done using the methods of descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, and at the level of inferential statistics using Cronbach’s alpha test and path analysis using SMART PLS3 software. The findings indicated that burnout has a positive and significant effect on the occupational stress of factory workers in Tehran. Job burnout has a negative and significant effect on the psychological well-being of factory workers in Tehran occupational stress of factory workers in Tehran, in this sense, the better the psychological well-being of people, the less occupational stress of workers.
