Employee loyalty is manifested when devoting oneself to the organization. Likewise, every school heads must place a high importance on the loyalty of its workers. A descriptive correlation and mediating effect were utilized in this study which employs statistical data to ascertain the strength of relationship between two or more variables. It determined the levels of job satisfaction, organizational justice, and employee loyalty among tertiary education employees, its relationship, and mediating effect. The research locale of the study were the tertiary employees in Davao de Oro including school heads, teachers, and non-teaching staff. The results revealed that the level of organizational justice, employee loyalty, and job satisfaction of tertiary education employees are high. The Pearson-r correlation showed that organizational justice and employee loyalty is correlated with an r-value of .875. While organizational justice and job satisfaction is correlated with an r-value of .854. Moreover, job satisfaction and employee loyalty is correlated with r-value of .939 all have p-value under the set level of significance. There is a significant mediating effect on job satisfaction on the relationship between organizational justice and employee loyalty of tertiary education employees. Hence, its recommended to craft employee development programs and send them to professional trainings.
