Infertility is a sexual health states that impact both men and women equally. Psychological well-being takes in useful socio-emotional relationships, independence, unique skills, motivation, and continuing individual growth. They arise compared to supporting stability among each and every demanding and rewarding memory. The present study examines the psychological impact of infertility on women and compares the psychological well-being of fertile and infertile females. The selection included 100 females aged 30 to 45, chosen over purposive-cum-incidental selection compared to different areas of Bihar. The evaluation was conducted using the Psychological Well-Being Scale developed by Sisodia and Choudhary (2012). Results declared a considerable change among fertile and infertile women, along with sterile women, in psychological well-being. The research conducted in a sterile environment and its treatment procedure constantly produces interpersonal anxiety and undesirably affects women’s well-being. The results indicate that infertility exerts a substantial detrimental effect on the mental well-being of both women who can conceive and those who are unable to conceive. Hence, it may be inferred that there is a significant differentiation between women who have the capacity to conceive and those who cannot conceive in relation to their usage of psychological well-being as a mechanism for dealing with various problems in their daily existence.
