Various interactions and their complexities at workplaces, organizational values and practices, policy decisions, managerial aspects, work satisfaction, burnout, coping, and resilience all circumscribe the employees’ health and well-being and impede multiple interactions. Occupational Health Psychology (OHP) aims to promote a happy and healthy workplace. The current study was done to do the qualitative analysis of “open-ended questions” on different attributes in OHP and to study the specific effect of income, rank, and job attributes like role ambiguity, role conflict, role overload, and locus of control for different constructs. The study design adopted was Multi-Method Design (Multiple approach Design) and the two designs included were 1)Cross-sectional study (228 participants). 2) Solomon 4 group Design (64 participants) Different health care professionals, viz., Allopathic doctors, Physiotherapists, Nursing professionals, and Community Health Officers (CHOs) were study participants. The association was seen between different constructs and proportions were seen for important variables. 2/3rd of participants mentioned that they never experienced bully and harassment at work. 80% of participants mentioned that their boss is empathetic and understanding of their work concerns. 92% of participants mentioned that their work increased their self-worth. Over a period of time, many trivial, but important issues settle naturally following the regression to mean.
