Main aim of this study was to find a correlation between emotional intelligence dimensions, values and subjective well- being among different professionals. This study took up a sample of 300 Different Professionals 100 Doctors, 100 Lecturers and 100 Engineers (age range 35 to 50 years) with balanced number of males and females from Jaipur city. The tools used were Psychological Well-being Scale (Ryff, 1997); Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) (Diener et al., 1985); Emotional Quotient Test (EQ Test) (Chaddha & Singh, 2001); and Type of Values Questionnaire (Rokeach, 1973). Data collected is then computed and correlation was found between all the variables. Further Multiple Regression Analysis was also computed. The results found showed a positive correlation between subjective well-being and emotional intelligence, values and satisfaction with life among different professionals. And also it was found that Emotional Intelligence, Values and Satisfaction with Life are significant predictors of Subjective Well-being in Different Professionals Doctors, Lecturers and Engineers.
