Family as we all know plays a very important role in our life. It acts as a major social support for every individual as it is the very first social agent in an individual`s life since conception. Family members and their functioning have a huge impact on an individual`s growth and development. The present study aimed to explore the influence of family dynamics on the positive personality of an individual. The study sample consisted of 120 individuals (18-26 years). Significant results of correlation and regression indicated that family dynamics, i.e., (problem-solving, communication) have a major role in building up positive personality traits of an individual, i.e., (integrity, serenity, humanity, moderation, sprightliness). This study not only contributes to psychology as well as it also to sociology; and the education field. Also, investigate the causal relationship between family dynamics and personality, examine mediating factors (e.g., self-esteem, emotional intelligence), “and” develop interventions promoting healthy family dynamics.
