The present study examined teacher perceptions of the role of strategic vision and organizational behavior management in educating and empowering students with disabilities. Teachers’ perceptions of the key factors such as inclusive leadership, strategic goals, and stakeholder involvement leading to organizational success in diverse environments such as rural and urban general schools were studied. A validated 11-point questionnaire, using a 5-point Likert scale, was used for data collection. Survey and interview methods were used to collect data. The simple random sampling method was employed to collect data from primary and secondary school teachers in Telangana rural and urban areas. Data analysis and findings were discussed. The study demonstrated that demographic variables of teacher’s gender, school level, and number of years of experience did not have an effect on the response pattern for all the domains except the inclusive leadership domain. The questionnaire items are successful in delineating the perceptions of teachers on strategic vision and organizational behavior management. The study concluded with recommendations based on the empirical evidence and provided future directions.
