The purpose of the study was to find out the relationship between servant leadership and organizational commitment among millennial employees who worked in a public sector organization in the Western Caribbean. There seems to be an unresolved issue in terms of millennial retention in today’s organizations and strategies to be used to prevent this from happening. In this quantitative research, the study found that servant leadership characteristics tend to have a positive relationship in terms of millennial employees’ organizational commitment. The present study found a moderate strong positive correlation between servant leadership characteristics and organizational commitment among millennial employees, r(60) = 0.695, p < .01.
