This study investigates the relationship between school organizational climate, resilience, and teachers’ turnover intention in Malaysia. Turnover intention among teachers remains a pressing issue, affecting the stability and effectiveness of the education system. This study employs a correlational research design with a sample of 479 teachers from various states across Malaysia. Findings reveal that teachers’ turnover intention is at a moderate level, whereas resilience and school organizational climate are high. A negative correlation is found between turnover intention and both resilience and school organizational climate, indicating that higher resilience and a positive school climate contribute to lower turnover intention. The study highlights that fostering these values within schools may enhance teachers’ commitment and job satisfaction, thereby reducing turnover rates. The regression model explains 36.1% of the variance in turnover intention, underscoring the significance of resilience and school climate in retaining teachers. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers in designing interventions grounded from the empirical evidence to strengthen teachers’ retention in Malaysia.
