Young adults are the most productive age group and resource of the society. Increasing psychological issues and declining mental health and well-being of this age group are serious concerns for the nations. The present study comprised of 125 young adults from the state of Haryana and attempted to identify factors and strategies which may contribute to maintaining and enhancing the psychological well-being, especially of young adults. Reviewing the research studies conducted in the past the present study attempted to explore the relationship between savoring, resilience, gratitude, and psychological well-being among young adults. Savoring Beliefs Inventory (Bryant, 2003); Brief Resilience Scale (Smith et al., 2008); and Gratitude Questionnaire (GQ-6) (McCullough et al., 2002); Psychological Well-being (Ryff & Keyes, 1995) was applied to assess the variables of the study. The findings of the study depict the significant positive correlation between savoring and resilience, savoring and gratitude, and savoring and psychological well-being among young adults.
