Corporate Social Responsibility has emerged as a considerable aid in the development of society in terms of social development, environmental development, and economic development, and as a tool for overall societal upliftment. It has been reaching people of the country as it has been made mandatory under the Companies Act, 2013. This study aims to examine the level of satisfaction of beneficiaries of corporate social responsibility programs towards
corporate social responsibility activities. This study was conducted using a structured, disguised questionnaire, and the results were analyzed using various statistical tools. It was found that the respondents were significantly satisfied with the corporate social responsibility programs and the companies conducting these programs. Therefore, it becomes easier to design newer better CSR policies, taking into account people’s perspectives along with that of the policy-makers.
