Increased capacity of abstract thinking, cognitive maturity, and identity formation during the period of adolescence entails “spiritual awakening”. Spirituality commonly comprises a search for meaning and purpose in life. To cope up with the adverse situations as well as promoting the mental health conditions of adolescents, spirituality act as a protective shield for them. The aim of the current investigation was, (a) To study the relationship of spirituality and its dimensions (self-discovery, relationships, & eco-awareness) with resilience and mental health among adolescents; and (b) To explore how spirituality and its dimensions (self-discovery, relationships, & eco-awareness) predicts resilience and mental health among adolescents. The study was performed on 60 school-going adolescents by using a random sampling technique. Participants completed the measure of the Spirituality Scale, Resilience Scale, and Mental Health Inventory. Pearson Product Moment Coefficient of Correlation and Regression Analyses were used to analyze the data. Findings of the study propagated the positive and significant relationship of spirituality with resilience and mental health among adolescents and spirituality was found as a good predictor of resilience and mental health. Furthermore, eco-awareness and self-discovery dimensions of spirituality emerged as significant predictors of resilience and mental health respectively
