The aim of the present study is to examine the role of hope, optimism, and resilience on employee’s flourishing, work engagement and creative behavior and to find out the contribution of hope, optimism and resilience on flourishing, work engagement and creative behavior. The sample includes 100 non-teaching employees of the university and the age range of the sample is 25-65 years. Data have been collected using Adult Hope Scale (Synder, 2002); Life Orientation Test (Scheier & Carver, 1985, 1992); Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (RISC) (Connor & Davidson, 2003); The PERMA profiler (Butler & Kern, 2015); Creative Behavior Questionnaire (Mishra & Singh, 2009); and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-9) (Schaufeli et al., 2006). Data have been analyzed by using descriptive analysis. Results revealed a significant positive relationship among hope, optimism, resilience, flourishing, work engagement and creative behavior of employees.
