Well-being is a multidimensional concept that includes physical, mental, emotional, and social health. Supporting the well-being of nursing students is vital for their academic performance and professional development. This study investigates the impact of flourishing and a sense of meaning in life on nursing students’ well-being. An exploratory research approach was used, surveying 50 nursing students from various academic institutions. The Flourishing Scale, the Meaning in Life Questionnaire, and the Well-being Index. The findings showed that both flourishing and meaning in life play a significant role in well-being. Students with higher levels of flourishing and a defined life purpose demonstrated better psychological well-being. A notable positive correlation was found between flourishing and well-being, indicating that fostering flourishing can enhance overall well-being. However, the relationship between meaning in life and well-being was not statistically significant, suggesting that meaning in life may not directly influence the well-being of nursing students.
