In today’s era every individual wants to achieve everything. They do everything for their dreams. Sometimes they are too indulge in their dreams they forgot about themselves. Due to this they become depressed. For this they sometime used medicine and sometimes they need behavioural therapy. Therefore the present case study is an effort to know the effect of Cognitive Behaviour therapy on depression. This is a single case study. For diagnosis of depression, adjustment level personality type Beck depression Inventory, Bell Adjustment Inventory and Big Five Inventory was used. For treatment of the subject Cognitive Behaviour therapy was used. The results reveals that Cognitive Behaviour therapy is effective in treatment of depression.
