Review on solar energy used in different technologies and its applications

In the last few decades, humanity has realized the importance of meeting its energy needs through the use of renewable energy sources. Solar power is one of the most environmentally friendly and widely available renewable energy sources. This paper examines the use of solar energy in various technologies and designs in order to meet people’s needs and provide the most feasible option for long-term energy sustainability. In today’s world, there are a variety of techniques for using solar energy in different aspects of household and commercial life. Solar energy can now be used for cooking, water heating, desalination, power generation, building heating and cooling, solar powered autonomous mobile vehicles, and sewage treatment plants, among other things. The aim of this research is to raise awareness about the few technologies centered on solar energy that are used around the world and are completely non-polluting, cheap, and abundant.
