The objectives of the present study are: To study the relationship of emotional regulation strategies of appearance fixing, positive rational acceptance, and experiential avoidance with body image attitudes towards health and fitness among adolescents, and to study the significant gender differences in body image attitudes towards health and fitness among adolescents. For this purpose, a sample of 611 adolescents (298 males and 313 females) with ages ranging from 13-19 years (M = 16.03 ; SD = 1.55) was taken.
