Young adults often experience heightened anxiety levels and poor sleep quality which significantly overall well-being. This study aims to examine the relationship between anxiety, sleep quality, and general well-being among young adults. While previous research has explored sleep quality and well-being, there is a lack of studies specifically addressing the interplay between anxiety, sleep quality, and well-being. For data collection, the study utilized the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A), Sleep Quality Scale (SQS), and PGI General Well-being Measure (PGIGWBM). A quantitative research design was employed, and 359 young adults aged 18 to 26 were selected using a purposive sampling method. The result indicates a significant relationship between anxiety, sleep quality, and well-being in young adults. Additionally, a significant difference was observed in anxiety, sleep quality, and well-being based on education level and gender. Future research should prioritize developing intervention strategies to support the mental health and well-being of young adults.
