COVID-19 pandemic has triggered mental health crisis globally. The prime mental health manifestations are perceived stress and anxiety, depression, panic, insomnia, nightmares, annoyance, irritation and fright and terror of contracting the virus. Various stressors like quarantine, isolation, pay-cuts, unemployment, uncertainty about their present and future, fear of losing their dear ones, violence, abuse etc. have aggravated mental health threats.
